Role & Expectations:

• Grow and maintain a book of business by promoting our services to former, existing, and new customer accounts.
• The CSM is the face of all their accounts and their customer's one point of contact when it comes to fulfilling their transportation needs on a 24/7/365 basis. You will be responsible for hunting and farming in this role.
• The overall goal is to maintain and increase current business while bringing in new opportunities through both existing and new accounts for overall revenue and gross profit growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hunting new accounts- Generate and identify new sales opportunities with a "hunter" mentality through lead generation, research, discovery, and prospecting through lead/contact foraging.
• Creating and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
• Warm and cold calling to gain traction with leads
• Regular email candances to stay in constant contact with leads
• Quoting new business opportunities and customer onboarding
• Farming existing accounts- strategic and tactical role. Managing your book of business and its day to day operation while penetrating existing accounts for new opportunities that drives overall growth through load volume, GP and revenue.
